BEHAVE 2025 is the 8th edition of the biannual European Energy Network event focusing on the application of behavioural insights in energy efficiency and climate mitigation. This year's edition is organised by ADEME, French Agency for Ecological Transition, on 11-12 December 2025 in Paris, France.

The call for extended abstracts has been closed. Thank you for your contributions!
Eligible submissions have been peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors with selected abstracts have been contacted, and the conference programme is being currently finalised.
All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings that will be released during the conference.
The registration for the in-person event is free of charge and will open in October. Stay tuned!
Participation in the Energy Efficiency Journal call for papers
We are collaborating with the Energy Efficiency journal that has agreed to host a Special Issue based on submissions to Behave 2025. Researchers presenting at BEHAVE will be invited to contribute to this Special Issue by submitting their work to the call for papers that will be launched by the Journal.
The submitted papers will go through a normal peer-review process, independent from the one of the Behave conference, and the acceptance decision of the papers will depend on the results of the peer-review process. More information will be available soon.
A special session will organised at the conference to provide instructions to future candidates.
Poster instructions
We are offering a limited number of authors the opportunity to display a poster of their work during the two days of the conference. Poster instructions will be provided in due time.
